More Light
Each XL Drum comes complete with a three-light satin chrome suspension, designed specifically for our larger pendant shades. The three lamp holders are positioned within the shade to provide an even distribution of light.
60cm–80cm XL Drums are supplied with our standard three-light suspension, with a maximum drop of 3 metres.
90cm–120cm XL Drums are supplied with an additional three catenary support wires to securely support and balance the larger shade. These sizes have a maximum drop of 2 metres.

Removable Diffuser
Each Drum Lampshade comes complete with a removable white diffuser, which sits neatly across the underside of the shade.
The diffuser helps to soften and distribute the light, while concealing the three lamp holders inside. This creates a softer, more even glow and gives the pendant a clean, finished appearance when viewed from below.
The diffuser can be easily removed when required, providing convenient access to the lamp holders.

Available in six sizes from 60cm to 120cm in diameter. Choosing the right size will depend on the scale of your room, ceiling height and where the shade will be positioned.
Smaller sizes create impact without overwhelming the room, while our largest XL Drums are designed for spacious interiors, high ceilings and statement lighting.
- 60cm & 70cm – a great choice for dining areas, bedrooms and smaller living spaces where you want an oversized look.
- 80cm & 90cm – ideal for larger dining areas, kitchen islands, hallways and open-plan interiors.

What fabrics can I choose for my XL Drum Lampshade?
You can choose from our collection of fabrics, including brushed cotton, plain cotton, velvet, faux silk and other available finishes. Alternatively, you can supply your own suitable fabric for us to use.
How will my XL Drum Lampshade be delivered?
Due to their size, our Extra Large Drum Lampshades require careful packaging for delivery. Our 80cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm shades are delivered by pallet to help protect them during transit and may be subject to an additional delivery charge. We will contact you if any additional delivery costs apply to your order.
Do you supply trade customers?
Yes we do, in fact the XL drum is our biggest selling shade to trade. These large shades are a popular choice for large areas such as offices and public spaces.
Where are your XL Drum Lampshades made?
Every XL Drum Lampshade is handmade to order in our Devon workshop, allowing you to choose the size and fabric to suit your interior.
Can I order an XL Drum without a diffuser?
We would suggest that the XL shades are paired with a diffuser, if you don’t want one we recommend switching from a 3 light to a single light fittings and pair with a decorative lamp and possibly a metallic lining. Please contact us to discuss.
What bulbs does the XL Drum require?
Each XL Drum is supplied with a three-light suspension designed for E27 (Edison Screw) bulbs. The maximum wattage is 60W per lamp holder. We recommend using suitable LED bulbs for an energy-efficient lighting option. It is suitable for dimming providing you use dimmable bulbs.
